Omega-3 & 6 Link to Mental and Physical Health Problems
There has been a lot of coverage on how Omega-3 and Omega-6 can play an important part in dyslexia. (See Myomancy’s review of “The LCP Solution” for more information). Recently evidence has been found that link Long Chain Polyunsaturated (LCP) fatty acids to heart disease and behavioral problems. The Observer has the full story.
