Its obvious Bob is struggling with the answer to the earlier straight question on Dore Managements Sales "Incentives"...headed up by him and carried out by his middle managers with military precision.
Perhaps the question ought to be asked by someone else and its highly likely it will be with the way things are going.
The idea of "ring me with no consequence "is an insult to everyone with half a brain......people are frightened of losing their jobs, they simply Don't trust the words of reassurance.
Isn't this WHOLE thing indicative of the poorest skills of people management you are ever likely to see ?

I have tried e mailing both the previous posters, but my e mails are bouncing back.

I will not confirm, deny or discuss any internal business on a public site. I will however speak with anyone (without any comeback) that wants to speak to me direct.

Well Bob.
they don't come much more straightforward than the last one do they....?
Unless of course you want or need to keep things sweet..perfectly fair, no heavy sales pressure, and all of that absolute garbage.
Are we to be disciplined for failing to hit 70% of your target or not ?

Direct question to Bob Clarke.
Is it true that next year if we hit less than 70% of our target in a month we will be put on disiplinary which could result in dismissal ?

I will repeat my previous requests.

If anybody has a grievence they want to air to me direct please do so without any fear or threat.

I operate an open door policy and would welcome any feedback direct to me rather than in an open forum.

Dear Chris
I agree with the action and the reason you have stopped comments being put on the thread about the apalling standard of sales management at DORE.
Its got too personal and I appreciate you need to draw the line somewhere. Please will you tell us though about the other avenues you mention........you see those who work or did work under this regime all share very importantant viewpoints...Wynford great guy.....Programme Great.......Changes lives Definately.
Staff morale and treatment received ....apalling.
See its dicey to blow the whistle.....you'll be out rapid if you identify yourself.
Its a shame because all of this might end in the teacup, at nuremberg or perish the thought for us all .....Watchdog.

Hi Chris. Maybe in 2007 we'll get to meet in person (I hope to travel to the UK in the fall).

In the meantime, maybe you need to construct a commenting policy.

Here's a link to one that I think is well done:

<a href="http://happycatholic.blogspot.com/2005/08/complete-blog-commenting-guidelines.html" rel="nofollow">http://happycatholic.blogspot.com/2005/08/complete-blog-commenting-guidelines.html</a>

Here's a link to my own blogging policy.
