New Start and Pumping up the Ball!!

New Start and Pumping up the Ball!!

Hi everyone,

Just thought I would say hi.  I'm 1 week into the programme and so far so good.  I'm a wee bit older than most I expect, a young at heart 35 year old.  Better late than never I suppose.

One thing I had a problem with straight away however was getting the gym ball pumped up.  Finding a cheap pump with an appropriate adapter was easier said than done.  Having no one to help didn't make it easier either.  However I managed to stumble upon a brilliant little pump for only £2.84 and only needs one person to use.  It is so small that it if you need to travel and take all your kit with you it can easily fit into a side pocket of a bag.  Even though it's small it gets the job done in minutes!

I found this at www.physique.co.uk where you can also buy a plug remover for the ball aswell.  This would cost you a whopping 66 pence!  A real bonus in saving your nails!

I'm actually surprised that these two extremely cheap items are not provided by the Dore programme considering the cost.

I hope that's of some help to some people ou there.

 Good luck

 Al
