can anyone help me?

hey i am a 19 year old girl who has strugled with dyslexia from a child. someone from the dore program came out to my house to talk me through it and i really really want to correct it but the amount that it costs is really putting me off. my family and partner have all told me that they would help me to pay for it but it is a lot of money. when i have spoke to friends about it they dont seem to think it is genuine and that it defo shouldnt cost that much. if anyone has got any advice or help please please let me no.
