Exercise Problem
Hi, can anyone help me with a exercise please?. It's a Triangle Exercise ( sitting on a ball ll ). Sit on a large ball with one foot off the floor, move your upper body only, to make a circle in the air with your head horizontally, continue for 30 seconds and then repeat in opposite direction. Now make the circles in the air with your head vertically, continue for 30 seconds then repeat in opposite direction. I think i've got the horizontal bit, but don't understand the vertical bit?. I have e-mailed Dore in the Caribbean, and they have tried to help me, by the way, they said, if anyone needs help to e-mail them.Hope someone can help me
