My choice
Can someone please give me advice as to what program would benefit me more ….. To be honest i would really struggle paying for the dore program wheres the learning breakthrough programs so much cheaper …. But you don't get monitored or any phone support…..
Also dore base their exercises on the learningbreakthrough program which started in the 1960's….. I'm just trying to weigh up the positive and negatives of both programs as they're the only two that exist……
