Cranky and upset

After waiting 6 months deliberating whether to join the program with my 9 year old son, our first appointment was Tuesday 13th May. My mum helped finance and pay on that day for the program. She was in hospital in intensive care when I recieved the letter to inform us the program has folded in Australia. I was upset and angry when I went on line to find out this happened 2 days later. I waited to tell her the news when she finally came out of hospital but she had read about it in the paper the day before. My mum has been on a pension for years, just came into a little bit of money and wanted to help her grandson. I feel we have been ripped off to the max as we had hardly started on the program and now have no follow up. If there are any answers we would love to here from anyone. Thanks Robyn
